Olympic Swimmer Amanda Beard sues Tanning Salon

Amanda Beard, the 7 time Olympic medalist, has sued ProSun for using her name and likeness without permission.

The lawsuit calls for over $25k in damages.

Beard has had a very impressive Olympic swimming career, earning her way onto the team four times. She won 2 Gold’s, 4 Silvers, and 1 Bronze.

More importantly, Amanda Beard was on the cover of the July, 2007 cover of Playboy for a nude pictoral.

Beard is also a major supporter of PETA.
