Mistake by the Lake

This weekend, the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball circuit made its way through Chicago. For those of you not living in the Second City, Chicago is having
the coldest summer in recent memory. Up until this weekend, woman’s beach volleyball was my favorite female sport. It all changed when the ladies played in 60 degree weather. The players opted for t-shirts and pants, as opposed to bikinis. Needless to say, this ruined my viewing experience.

Up until today, I thought it was a requirement to wear the smallest, sexiest bikini when you represented Brasil. Someone needs to clue this girl in.

Beach volleyball players usually are uber sexy. This girl looks athletic cute. Take the bikini away, and the magic is ruined.

At least Olympian Kerri Walsh sexed things up a little bit. Speedo should be proud.

Normally beach volleyball promo girls are running around half naked. This is what we got.

3 out of 4 girls are wearing long sleeves. No wonder the AVP was selling tickets half off.

Brasil lets me down again.

Watching a block/spike just isn’t the same in the cold weather.

If this girl was rockin a bikini, I bot at least one of the people in the background would be looking at her.
