Lawsuit Alleges Roberto Alomar Has Full Blown AIDS

Ilya Dall, a former girlfriend of Roberto Alomar who lived with him for 3 years, is suing the second-baseman for negligence and seeking $15M. According to the suit, Alomar got a positive test in 2006 after seeking treatment for shingles, fatigue, and cough. The couple went to a disease specialist who found a mass in Alomar’s chest, his skin turned purple, and foaming at the mouth.

Alomar’s attorney claims it is a frivolous lawsuit and his client is healthy. Alomar’s father, Sandy Alomar, notes that he has heard nothing about any major health problems with Roberto, and that he probably would have.

Alomar played for the Mets, Orioles, Blue Jays, and Indians.
