Eddy Curry Accused in Gay Sexual Harassment

Knicks’ center Eddy Curry was named in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed on behalf of his limo driver, David Kuchinsky, the NY Post reports. The lawsuit alleges that Curry made numerous sexual advances on Kuchinsky, including approaching him in the nude and telling Kuchinsky to “look at me”, and “come and touch it”. Kuchinsky was also required to do humiliating tasks outside the scope of his job such as removing dirty towels that Curry ejaculated into, so that his wife would not see them.

Kuchinsky who is straight and Jewish, also complains that Curry used a number of racial epithets, calling him a “f-cking Jew”, “cracker,” “white slave,” “white devil” and “grandmaster of the KKK.”

David Kuchinsky worked for Curry from 2005 until October 2008, and lived in the Curry home while he worked as Curry’s 24/7 driver. He also claims that Curry pointed a loaded gun at him at least twice, which is reminiscent of the Jayson Williams shooting. The lawsuit seeks $98,000 plus compensatory damages, which can go as high as $5M in state court. Curry is scheduled to make $9.4M this year.

Kuchinsky himself has a criminal record, having served 3 years for a previous burglary and another 3 years probation for resisting arrest. He is also frequently mistaken for Rod, the gay investment banker in Avenue Q:
