Breaking – Wizards Fire Head Coach Eddie Jordan, Replace with Ed Tapscott

After paying an injured Gilbert Arenas $110M and starting 1-10, the Wizards fired Eddie Jordan this morning. He’ll be replaced with Ed Tapscott, who previously coached American University 20 years ago.

In fairness, Tapscott was also the CEO of the Charlotte Bobcats earlier this decade and VP of player personnel for the Knicks in the 90s. Wizards fans are already writing this season off, but Arenas and Brendan Haywood have been out with injuries while the rest of the team has been doing just horrible without them.
