If it turns out that Zydrunas Ilgauskas has a serious injury, the Cavs may have to trade for a big man such as Brad Miller, who may be available. We hear the Heat and the Kings had conversations this season about Sacramento center Brad Miller, who is being paid $11.3 million this season and $12.2 million next season.
